Set just below a Bronze Age burial mound, behind which the morning sun rises and above the River Manifold where it sets, the setting is magical. A true escape from the rat race.

Tucked away at the rear of the house, the guest wing comprises two beautifully designed king-size bedrooms each boasting private bathrooms complete with roll top baths. Perfect for an indulgent soak. Downstairs, a private lounge with cosy armchairs and a wood-burning stove, provides the perfect space for toasting toes and warming up after a long walk. Sustenance can be prepared in the ‘mini kitchen’, just off the lounge. The guest rooms are available for weekend hire, exclusively or combined with the 8-Shed making a maximum of 6 guests.

The bedrooms are for adults only, although we can provide a travel cot for babes in arms.

A luxury welcome hamper of local produce, fresh flowers, luxury bed linen and more are provided.

A continental breakfast and nibbles can be provided on request and at an additional cost.
